We are conveniently located just one mile North of County Road J-18 West black top. We are just East of the tiny town of Confidence Iowa.  We are on the Appanoose/Wayne County Line Road.

We are centrally located between several Historical Towns.  To the North West is Chariton, to the North East is Albia, to the South East is Centerville, and South West is Corydon.
We are in the center of these four corner towns.  Each is a special place to visit. And not to far away are the towns of Ottumwa, Oskaloosa, Knoxville and Pella to the North East, and Osceola and Creston to the South West.  Each town has many sites to see.  There are many festivals and activities year round in each town to keep everyone entertained. The main Highway to the North is HWY 34.
To the South is HWY 2 and to the East is HWY 5 and on the West is Interstate IA 35.
